How do I submit custom artwork for engraving?
If you need any custom work, please contact us for pricing. Acceptable file formats for artwork include: Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw and EPS. Other formats may be provided but will incur additional charges.

Why do you require a telephone number and email address when I order?
Superior Signs and Engraving uses the email address to send you an email notification that your product has shipped. A telephone number provides a way for us to contact you if we have any questions or problems filling your order. We do not call you for marketing purposes, nor do we sell your personal information to other companies.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the internet?
Superior Signs and Engraving's shopping cart checkout transactions are handled with a protected database. Credit card information is cleared after your order has been processed. If you do not feel comfortable using your credit card online please see the information below.

How can I order without using a credit card?
Superior Signs and Engraving gladly accepts mailed orders paid by check or money order. Simply go through the normal checkout process on our website until you arrive at the screen which asks for your credit card information. Instead of entering credit card numbers, simply print out the order screen and mail it along with payment to the address at the bottom of this page.

How long will my order take?
Normal production times are 2-3 days on most items, this will also vary by product and seasonal demand. Delivery time to your doorstep will vary according to UPS levels in your area.

What about shipping?
All orders will be shipped UPS to a street address. We do not ship to post office boxes or outside the United States. Tracking numbers provided on request. Shipping costs will be based on order total. If you are interested in a quicker shipping method please contact us for shipping prices.

Is there tax applied to my order?
We collect sales tax on all orders which ship to addresses within the state of Kansas.

Do you accept international orders?
Superior Signs and Engraving does not ship internationally nor do we accept payments from credit cards issued by foreign banks.
